WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day.

Note: Orders placed during weekends and holidays may take additional processing time. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Floresco Label cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, carrier delays, etc.

EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME

All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12 pm PST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Floresco Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REROUTE A PACKAGE ONCE IT IS SHIPPED?

It is not possible to reroute a package once it has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to incorrect addresses or left unclaimed. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply for this service and will vary by order. We are unable to provide any refunds for items that are shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
