HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

WHERE CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? WHEN CAN I EXPECT PRE-ORDERED ITEMS?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, a shipping date will be provided in the product description.
