WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

A request for an exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept items purchased from Floresco Label in new condition with tags attached for store credit. Return shipping is at customer expense. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY

 The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or the smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.

IS IT EASY TO EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Initiate an exchange via email to returns@florescolabel.com and include your name and order number. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and return address via email.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you'll receive your store credit notification via email typically within 3-5 business days.
